Disneyland Magic Key Pass Coming Soon!

The biggest sources of traffic ad Disneyland has always been the local Disney fans. But one thing that kept that going is the annual passes. However, when the park reopened after being closed for the pandemic, annual passes did not return. But there is big news that comes with that. They have announced a new type of annual pass with the Disneyland Magic Key Pass. This will have a lot to offer annual pass holders.

What is the Disneyland Magic Key Pass?

The new rebranded annual pass provides a variety of options based on guest preferences. They are implementing a tiered system that provides escalating benefits to match guests’ needs starting as low as $399 per year. Part of the new annual pass will have a revamped reservation system which they report will be a cornerstone to the program. Depending on the tier, guests can book 2 – 6 reservations per time. This will become available starting on August 25th, 2021. It is important to note that the dates for a reservation could be limited, but we will know more in the future.

So what are the tiers?

Imagine Key

This one is rather limited as it is only available to Southern California residents. However, with this, you can have up to 2 park reservations at a time. It comes with the added bonus of providing 10% off select food and beverages, plus 10% off select merchandise in the parks. There is a required down payment of $179 but does have a monthly payment plan after that. For this tier, it will run you $399 for the year.

Enchant Key

This is the next tier on the list. This plan will run you $649  per year. With this key, guests will be able to make up to 4 park reservations at a time. Similar to the Imagine Key, there will be 10% off select merchandise and select food/beverage. For California residents, when you pay the $179 down payment, you can pay monthly installments of $40 per month.

Believe Key

Believe key is a bigger jump in the tiers that will run you $949 per year. At this tier, you are able to book 6 reservations at a time. Again, California residents will have the ability to pay $65 per month after paying the down payment for the plan.

Dream Key

Dream is the top key! This will cost $1399 for the year per person. Same as the Believe plan, you will be able to make 6 park reservations at a time. This includes theme park parking as well.
