Disney New Year’s live stream

If you’ve followed the blog for any period of time, you may have seen Disney’s live stream mentioned a few times. Disney seems to have caught on and are now doing them on a routine basis. And now they have continued the tradition with a New year’s Eve live stream if the Disney World fireworks! This will bring you front and center to one of the best fireworks shows in the country. Disney New Year’s live stream has been a must-see in the past. This will be a great opportunity to enjoy the fireworks without going out. And even better if you have children!

How do you find this?

There are a few ways tune in, first being through the Disney Parks blog and the second, I will put a link up to the video as well! This will be updated on New Years Eve. The Disney New Year’s live stream starts at 11:45 pm Est on 12/31. They had a live stream last year which was amazing! You’ll also be able to interact during this by sending out tweets to #DisneyParkBlogs as well as being able to send photos of your 2019 vacation if you were lucky enough to go.

The Disney Parks blog reports that this year’s stream will feature a special Fantasy In The Sky! This features some of the most recognizable songs from your favorite Disney movies including Aladdin!

Fantasy in the Sky

Fantasy in the Sky is a fireworks show that was originally performed Disneyland from 1958- 1996. And has made sporadic reappearances from time to time. Fantasy in the sky has also made appearances at Tokyo Disneyland and Disneyland Paris. It has also been performed at Magic Kingdom in Disney World from 1971-2003. Since 2003, Fantasy in the Sky has made been performed several times for special occasions, most notably on New Year’s Eve in past years.

Update for 2019

The live stream was such a huge hit last year that Disney is continuing the tradition with a 2019 live stream. This is a great way to feel like you are there especially if you don’t feel like going out or have little children.
