Harmony Barber Shop Reopening!

One of the most recent announcements was the upcoming Harmony Barber Shop reopening as well as Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique. While a particular date for the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique’s reopening hasn’t been revealed, Disney did reveal that the Harmony Barber Shop in the Magic Kingdom would return on July 31st! Let’s take a peek at the barbershop’s most recent price data.

What services can you get?

Child’s Haircut

This is for any child that is 9 years old or younger. They will get the “Full barber shop” experience. This will include a haircut and simple styling with sprays. For this package, it will start at $20. 

My First Haircut

The popular “My First Haircut” experience, where a kid receives their first haircut along with a commemorative set of Mickey ears, an official milestone certificate, and a memento lock of hair, is available at the Harmony Barber Shop, a full-service establishment. This will start at $28 per child. 

Adult Haircut

This is similar to the kids but for ages 10 years and up. It is slightly more expensive and will start at $21 per adult. You can expect haircuts and the use of spray for simple styling. 

Beard Trim

Ever want to kick back while at Disney and get a beard trim? You will soon be able to do this. Starting at $8, you can get your beard trimmed if you don’t want to be bothered to do it yourself while you are on vacation. 

There has been an increase in the overall cost with the future reopening. Overall there is about a $3 price increase compared to before the initial closure. 

When can you make reservations?

Starting right now, you may make reservations for the Harmony Barber Shop via the My Disney Experience mobile app or the Disney World website. Although a few walk-in places will be made available each day on a first-come, first-served basis, reservations are strongly advised. Similar to dining reservations, there will be a $10 no-show fee for every visitor who misses their appointment or cancels less than 24 hours beforehand.

You may have your hair cut and styled anywhere in Disney World except here. On the premises of several Disney World hotels, there are additional full-service salons. These lodgings include the Grand Floridian Resort & Spa, Yacht & Beach Club, Wilderness Lodge, and Animal Kingdom Lodge. 

I can not wait to take our daughter to have her hair cut done here!
