Here is what we know about The Mandalorian season 3.

 – Beyond this point, may contain spoilers, you have been warned –

When will the next season of Mandalorian premiere?

Hard to believe that we are already talking about the start of the next season, as the start of the last season wasnt announced until a couple of months beforehand. As of right now, Mandalorian is likely to premiere in December 2021 or January 2021. By the sounds, it appears that filming for the next season has already started. This will be updated as soon as more information becomes available.

Book of Boba Fett the new season?

There has been a lot of back and forth on what the focus will be for season 3 of Mandalorian. And if you watched through the entire finale until after the credits, there was a season that confused some fans. It was announced the start of the Book of Boba Fett. However, it should be noted that this is not season 3. But instead, it is a spin-off series that will explore the story of Boba Fett. The Mandalorian will continue to follow Din and will likely continue to have The Child appearances bringing in the Jedi Order. The Book of Boba Fett will premiere in December 2021, and will likely start prior to the beginning of season 3 of Mandalorian.  Initially, Boba Fett was reported to premiere on Christmas 2021 but is now reported for December next year.
