Disney Family Singalong coming to ABC

There have been a lot of changes over the course of the past few months. From the parks being shut down to a good number of people stuck at home. But from this, we’ve seen Disney and lose some of their magic into our homes. This has included moving the release of Onward to Disney plus months ahead of schedule to releasing Imagineering in a box. But now They will bring the Magic right to your TV with The Disney Family Singalong.

The singalong starts Thursday!

As the name implies, Disney will be bringing some of their biggest stars to the small screen in a singalong of your favorite Disney songs.  They will be singing from their homes right into yours. This will be televised on ABC at 8 p.m. on Thursday, April 16th. Moreover, they have teased that an animated character will act as your guide through the sing.

A concert to remember

The Disney Family Singalong will include classics such as “A Dream Is A Wish Your Heart Makes,” That will be performed by Demi Lovato and Michael Bublé, new favorites such as “Do You Want to Build a Snowman?,” sung by Thomas Rhett and one that I’m looking forward to “Gaston,” Josh Gad, Luke Evans, and Alan Menken. There will be many more but the biggest performance will be a blast from the past. of all the performances, the most noteworthy will be bringing back the original High School Musical cast for “We’re All in This Together”! This will be a great time to get family together and belt out the tunes that we all know and love

Along with the singalong, there will also be a special message from a partner of Walt Disney Television, Feeding America. Feeding America is a large organization that is known for its domestic hunger-relief work. The Disney Family Singalong will be a nationwide event to create a little bit of magic to lift our spirits.
